No starter operation my engine is not cranking over?

I have a new battery it is 630 cca, I try to start it but no luck, I have to put the booster on it to start it, could the issue be not enough cold cranking amps?

Check your starter for being bad these guides should help. It sounds like the battery is weak or the starter has gone out but to be sure lets check out these guides, they can help us fix it
