Does the battery have a full charge? Use a digital multimeter across battery posts, everything turned off, the generic spec for a full charge is around 12.6 volts. If the battery is down, you need to get it charged-up, before you can test anything. Check battery connections and charging system. Where applicable, sometimes if battery voltage is lost, the security system can cause an issue?

We can check your ignition circuit, but, if the battery is down, we are just spinning our wheels.

If you have no dash lites or nothing after you make sure the battery has a full charge and the connections are good. We can check feed to and from your ignition switch.
