Runs great cold, when it warms up it dies when clutch is pushed in. Replaced fuel pump, filter, cleaned throttle body, codes 11, 21&15 come up. Where do I start?

Code 11 The engine has not cranked since the battery was disconnected.

Code 15 No signal received by the computer (ECU) from the speed sensor

Code 21 Oxygen sensor reporting too lean or too rich after 2 †12 minutes with temp over 170° and RPM above 1500

I have to be honest, I don't see any of those codes causing it to die when you push in the clutch. Have you checked for vacuum leaks? That can cause the stall and a lean mixture. Also, check the idle air control valve (IAC)
