Check compression, spark and fuel pressure. Let us know what is missing

Checked timing chain and its lose could that be the problem.

Somebody said I gotta change gear under head can they be right? Or are they leading me down a dry path to fix something not broken.

What is the fuel pressure? What about the others? Dont think about off the wall stuff till you do the basics. Then we proceed from there

Compression is good
fuel shoots out of lines when disconnected and press pedal.

Not a test, we need the number. A certain pressure is required for the motor to run
