1997 merc Sable problems

I am having issues with my car. The wipers, the radio, the auto door locks and windows, and the interior lights don't work. Plus the car won't shift out of park. I have canged the ignition switch but still have the problems. Can anyone tell me what could cause all these problems and how to fix them?

Have you checked the fuses in the car and especially under the hood?

Check engine compartment fuse box
Check if have power at fuse # 4 its 30A fuse
If not repair, check wiring harness and repair a short circuit

Fuses were checked. They all work. Will check wiring harness.

Common problem bro mine did the same thing, power steering not working when in gear, no stereo down shifting to third by itself. Wild stuff. Its the neutral safety switch, black plastic connection on top trans. Be sure to have parking brake on when messin with it though.I made that mistake lol
