Sometimes blower motor willnot shut off with blower switch turn the key off and it still runs. Ican only shut it off by taking the battery cable off. What could be the problem. This has happened two or three times in the last two months.

This vehicle has a module that controls the blower and other air conditioner functions. Its called an HVAC module or a/c module. Call the dealer and the local parts houses to check price and availability

From what I can tell on the diagram im looking at it says that its on the air box behind the dash on the left side. If your jeep didn't come with ac then there might be a relay that controls it. With the blower on start pulling them one at a time to isolate where its coming from. The computer also tells me that the blower resistor is also on this module behind the dash.
