replaced head gasket, timing belt,spark plugs, wires. timing marks are perfect. firing order are good too. car still has a miss. engine shakes .

The misfire can be due to a faulty coil pack.
Are you getting the check engine light for this misfire?
Usually is the module or coil pack is bad then you could get random cylinder misfire.
The coil can be tested. You will need to measure the internal resistance of the coil. I have attached the testing procedure for the coil pack (see below). As well as resistance value for the coil.
