Car turns over, but won't start after it sits a couple of days

If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it, while you check for spark at the plugs. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure. If you have the spider fuel system, they are noted for problems. Check the basics, first.
