1997 Buick Lesabre car starting promblem

Ie a 1997 buick lesabre it is hard to start in the mornings but it evenually start after after a couple of tries. But when I drive it to a couple of store its hard to start and evenually floods out. Iwill let it sit allnight and in the next morning it will start

I'd use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Also see if pressure will hold for a bit with everything off? If pressure drops like a rock, you have a pressure leak. Check the pressure regulator vacuum line for gas, if you find gas the pressure regulator is faulty.
