Running rough

Hello, it has a new cap and dist. Plugs and wires.
what it is doing is running very rough stall sometimes gets worst the warmer it gets. No codes to run, no check engine light. You can smell very strong fuel/exhaust smell and smoke a little from the tail pipe.
