Where is the fuel pump on my car?

The fuel pump is under the car near the rear differential. You will need to raise the car safely.

I would do the fuel filter as well.

How can you tell if it is the fuel relay or the pump? And where is the relay located? Send picture if possible please. Do you have a diagram of the complete fuel system?

Yes, I have found the wiring diagrams for the engine and the fuel pump for you and a couple guides to help you do some testing
