Check and test the fan motor, engine temperature sensor/switch and fan relay

Misread it-Disregard above try this remove the fan relay and see what happens

Or have it scaned for a bad temp sensor, and make sure its not over heating and is full of coolant. This is where a scan tool comes in handy, it can tell you alot in this case.
