I have a 96 S10 Blazer had some work done on it last year, 2 injectors 2 oxygen sensors a map sensor fuel filter in order to pass inspection. It has always been cold start but has always started, engine turns over I can hear the fuel pump working, and if I pump the gas pedal I smell fuel. WONT START what else can I do.

Check to see if you are getting spark. DIY on this siteshows how to check it. Then go from there.

Yes, I already have done that, and it does have spark. Any other suggestions?

Check your fuel pressure, it shold be 60-66 psi. If not correct check regulator and plugged filter. If the fuel pressure isn't at minimum it won't get enough fuel to run. Also check your compression.
