Has a fuel filter leak?

1996 chevy blazer has a fuel filter leak had it replaced two days ago now it fall off the car I was told it is rusted. Also told can not be fixed help please

Hello,

The fuel filter is located on the passenger side of the frame rail. It is has a mount that attaches it to the rail. If the mount is not secured the filter can become lose and leak.
If there is rust in the fuel filter change the filter. Then clean the line by applying air pressure in the opposite direction of fuel flow.
