Not getting power to the fuel pump?

I'm not getting power to the fuel pump when I turn on the key; the Fuel pump is good. If I put a hot wire to the test lead the pump runs but the car will not idle. So, I was told new fuel filter, fuel relay switch, oil pressure switch and fuel pump and screen. I have put all of these in and yet still, the car will not run. Please tell me what is wrong with my car.
