1996 Audi A4 a bad noise

When I turn my car on I hear a noise. Whenever I run my rpms or drive in general I hear a noise coming from under my car. It sounds like a cup being dragged. The sound is located in the center of my car. I looked under my car and there's nothing hanging or seem lose.

Check to make sure there are no loose heat shields on the exhaust. Also, using a rubber mallet, tap on the exhaust to see if there is something loose in the converter or muffler.
