Idling problems

I have a 95 saturn sl1 and when I run my car it wants to idle extremely high when I push in the clutch and then when I shut the car off it takes about 30 to 40 minutes before I can restart my car. I have replaced the ignition module and idle air control valve.

So do you have any code's?So when the engine is hot you need to wait 30-40 mins before it will restart?When it doesn't restart does it crank no start?If so when that happens you need to check for spark. SO sitting at a stop light or stop sign the idle is high?If so how high?Sounds like a vacuum leak.
