Saturn SL1 error 507

I have a 2002 Saturn SL1 that keeps coming up with Error 507. I just replaced the IAC valve and the error still comes up. The car recently had the intake system cleaned and a tune up. Any idea what else may be causing it?

Most likely a vacuum leak look at the short vacuum line going from the intake manifold to the pcv for hole's or being colasped. Also real common on those car's the intake manifold gasket leaking around the number 1 cylinder port.
