We recently purchased a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am for my son. The car had stalled a few times at a stop sign then it got to a point where the car would not turn over. When we drove the car on the highway it took a long time for it to reach 60 mph, we put some fuel injection cleaner in the gas, after that the car finally stalled and would not start, we bought a new battery, checked the spark plugs and the car does not turn over. So my question to you is do you think it could be the fuel filter or the fuel pump and is their two fuel pumps on the car?

If the car will not turn over, it maybe hydro locked.
Take the spark plugs out and see if it will turn over.
Only do it for a second or two. If it does turn over without the spark plugs, you can hurt the coil if you do it too much.
