Car Slows Down

My car slows down and then speeds up. Sometimes it will slow down and completely shut off, when that happens, I have to pull over and completely shut my car off, wait a few seconds, and restart it back up. My car never did this when I bought it, but then I went through the car wash it started doing it and hasn't stopped.

If it happened after the car wash, it sounds like a coil may have been damaged. What you need to do is check for spark and fuel when it dies to determine if it is an ignition problem or a fuel issue.
