The car has new fuel pump, crank sensor, plugs and wires, fuel filter, The pump is running and I have fuel at the rail I also have spark. If I go out to start it the first time it cranks it almost wants to start but after that it just cranks. Yes there is a check engine light but its a 95 so I cant get a code reader anywhere. Any suggestions maybe the cam sensor?

Lost power? Electrical or engine running?

I would start with a fuel pump pressure test. You need 40 lbs to make it work.

Start with the basics here.
