Car won't start after getting gas

My car suddenly started to lose power and shake a little bit. And I figured it was becasue I was very low on gas I filled up on gas and the car would not start back up I just replaced the fuel filter and still nothing it turns over but won't fire what could this be. The car is a 1995 oldsmobile 88

In tank fuel pumps are cooled and lubricated by the fuel in the tank. When you

run a car out of gas or real low, it pumps a lot of air through the pump which overheats it and

causes some severe wear and many times, failure when they cool off.
You will need to use a fuel pressure gauge to verify this

My car was not severely low it was about 1/4 tank left maybe a bit left but it just would start after I filled up.
