Is there an inline fuse that controls the headlights, running lights, turn signals, radio and int lights?

All the lights went out on my car except the brake lights, I have checked all the fuses and relays and every thing tested good.

How about the fusible links did you check that too? Could be a problem with the combination switch

Check at the starter relay
