Turn Signal blows fuses?

I put in a 15 AMP fuse and it blew once I used it on the street. Is it a wire, relay or turn signal column switch?How do I troubleshoot this issue?An answer would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Most of the time it will be a bulb or bulb socket they has melted and is allow the ground to touch the power lead, I would remove all bulbs and inspect the cockets and bulb terminals. Please check out this guide to help you see what I am talking about.
