Is there a Bolt I can use to tighten when the welded nut has fallen in a closed framesway bar bushings bracket

Bolt broke in frame busted outwelded nut drilling it now need a strong nut to push thru frame to pull the bracket together to frame is closed cant get a nut on backside is there something to push thru frame that will hold and not pull thru and hold on closed frame

I have used a lock nut that is installed like a pop rivet only much larger and stronger, it is something a panel shop would use, I would contact a few panel shops and inquire.
