I have a 95 honda accord and my passenger side rattles and clanks when I turn and when I get to about 50 mph it does the same and my steering wheel shakes. I think its a cv joint. What might be your diagnosis?

On a slow turn (like a U-turn) is when you will here the CV joint make the most noise (usually from a stop). If you hear noise and the steering wheel shakes at 50mph, there could be something else wrong. Possibly loose lugnuts, bearing, brakes, tire, and/or wheel problems. I would have it looked at ASAP.

Hi Mike,

It could be a couple different problems, I don't think it is the CV Axle it usually makes a Ticking/Clicking Noise.

First things I would check is the Strut Bushings and the Lower Control Arm Bushings. Also check the tire for Bulges in tread.
