A few different things can cause vibrating in the steering wheel.
What all was replaced/damaged in accident?
It may be worn ball joints or wheel bearings. These components are used to hold the wheel straight up and down, if they start to fail they will cause vibrations and usually sounds will be accompanied as well.
If there are no unusual sounds, it could just need a wheel alignment or one of the tires has lost its wheel balance.
You can have a wheel alignment shop check the tires for proper balancing and align the front end. This usually costs around $50.
