I don't know how to install the new wiring, the stock wiring isn't the same and has other hookups that the installation guide for the new ignition module doesn't acknowledge.
Do you

What part of the instructions are you not able to perform. It is straight forward.

I have the stock module on now and it's connector is different, and I am assuming that I need to run the wires to connectors or there endpoints in place of the stock. I have no idea how to route the wires; I understand where the wires need to end up, but I have never done anything with wiring before and am 100% clueless.

Without us being there to guide you, you most likely need a shop to do it for you that is familiar with this type of repair

Is there a way to find a diagram of the current wiring(checked owner's manual already) to see where I could connect the new wires or are there common configurations that are used with this setup that you would know of?

According to the instructions, what you need is the 8874 adapter harness.
