I have a 1995 Ford E-150 van. Chilton manual no help. A month ago there was an electrical burning smell for just a second or so. Took it to a dealer to have a recall item fixed involving the cruise control. Van dies sometimes at idle. Now I have this problem.

I HAVE SORTA SEARCHED AROUND A LITTLE

I MYSELF DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER, BUT IN MY RESEARCHING I FOUND TWO THINGS THAT CAME UP

1) ABS SYSTEM PROBLEM---SHOULD BE SCANNED BY SOMEONE WITH A CAPABLE MACHINE

2) ODOMETER IS TELLING YOU THAT YOU HAVE THE WRONG TIRE SIZE

IN EACH CASE, THE ONE ASKING THE QUESTION, NEVER RETURNED WITH A FINAL "THAT WAS IT!"

I RECKON TE SURE FIRED EZist WAY TO ELIMINATE ONE IS: HAVE YOU CHANGED YOUR TIRE SIZE NEAR THE SAME TIME THIS OCCURRED?

'BOUT ALL I CAME UP WITH---OUT OF ALL I LOOKED AT, "ABS" WAS MENTIONED MORE. BUT WITH NO AFTER-ACTION REPORT, I'M NOT INFLUENCED ONE WAY OR THE OTHER?
