I am having a problem with the motor. When its very cold it runs fine. Once it begins to warm up it spits and sputters and tries to stall. Going down the road it has no power at all and begins to run hot. I know its not the cat as I have cut the ekhaust infront of the cat and it is still doing this.I have done the fuel filter and also put seafoam in the tank. Checked the air intake. Not sure what else to try. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you

Do you have a check engine light and when was last tune-up?

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
