THat is a new one. Is the security enabled light coming on with it? Just for curiosity, is it listed in the owner's manual? I'm thinking that the vehicle thinks the belt is still off and doesn't want to cause damage. Have you tried to start it? It may turn itself off once it senses everything is working again.
