My car is constantly shutting off or stalling whether in park, stopped at a light, or driving down the road. Fuel pump and lines have already been ruled out. What else could be causing this? Also all of the fuses are good but the lighter and computer reader hook up do not work.

Fuel pressure shold be 41-47 psi and hold for 5 minutes after shutdown. Scan for codes and check cranksensor for resistance clean throttle plate on both sides with choke cleaner. And iac hole.

Thank you for responding. I can not scan for codes. As I explained in my initial inquiry, the computer hook-up does not work although all fuses are good.

Then you will hav eto take it to a pro to see why not as it must be scanned to see if anything is wrong or not.
