What does water coming thru tail pipe mean? I can also smell coolant.

Water coming out of the tailpipe is just condensation that formed in the exhaust system and completely normal. Coolant passing through the exhaust would be in the form of steam and not liquid. If you think you have a coolant leak, then pressure test the cooling system to help find it.
