1) I have a 1994 Honda Accord EX and the radiator fan doesn't come on far a while and when it does it just keeps running long after I turn off the car. The sound is very loud and when I got home after parking I took a look under the hood and seen just the passenger fan working. My car is not overheating though. What could be the problem?

2) My car is also leaking (not too much though), but it appears only after the car has been running for a while. Say after 20-30 min. I have to check my car every 3 hours for the fluids (water, coolant) because if I don't I'm either too low or completely out. Sooo not normal. What could problem number 2 be? My dad thinks a heater hose.

3) Lastly, my speedometer hasn't worked properly for about a year now, but it works from time to time especially when on the freeway going well above the speed limit.

Thank you for taking the time to read my first post. All of your thoughts are welcomed. I'm a struggling college student and while it's a blast to go shopping; it's never fun to spend money on car parts. Always so expensive breaking the bank.

Problem 1 and 2 are related. When there is insufficient coolant in system, the radiaor fan would work (only passenger fan) when engine is turned off.

There must be a leak somewhere or you have a bad head gasket. A pressure test would be able to locate leaks. Though the engine might not be registering overheating, as you keep the coolant level correct, it could have occurred previously and the bad head gasket is beginning to show. If the recovery tank is depleting then it is only a leak. If the recovery tank is increasing in level instead, then it is most likely to be a bad head gasket.

For the speedometer, symptom indicates a bad Vehicle Speed Sensor.
