Hi mate I flushed out my radiator and went for a drive with heater on and wen I got back and wen I turned car off the aircon vent that warms the foot area is has still got air coming out rather quick but theres nothing wrong with climate control, anyway the only way I could get it to stop was to disconnect battery and it stopped the air coming out. Thanks alot mate. Ben

If you are getting power to the blower motor with the key off, I would think that either you have a short to ground or there is a problem with the ignition switch.

IF THERE IS A RELAY FOR THE BLOWER. THE CONTACTS INSIDE MAY HAVE SORTA WELDED THEMSELVES TOGETHER

TO VERIFY THIS, SOMETIMES A GOOD "THUMP" WITH YOUR FINGER MIGHT UN-STICK THEM. IF THAT WORKS, REPLACE THE RELAY, IT'S ONLY A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE IT STICKS AGAIN

IF NOT,

SEE IF YOU HAVE A "TWIN SISTER" (SAME PART NUMBER) RELAY IN ANOTHER SYSTEM YOU CAN SWAP IT WITH (JUST AS A TEST) SEE IF THE BLOWER QUITS RUNNING. IF THAT WORKS, BUY ANOTHER RELAY
