I have a 94 GMC Jimmy. None of the dash lights/electronics are working. The only electronics that seem to be working are: the head lights and the dome light. Battery is good 12.7V. Battery cables look good.

Forget about electronics for a minute. Will the starter crank? If it won't, use a digital multimeter across battery posts, have a helper turn the key to crank, what is the voltage reading?

Can you do the test I asked you about? The battery voltage reading with key in the crank position? Make sure battery cables are clean and tight. Check fusible links, The positive battery cable should lead to fusible links. The way to check a fusible links is too check voltage on both sides of link.

You may have to check feed to and from the ignition switch. Do you have voltage at the fuse box?
