When I pull the mass air flow sensor the idle drops too low but doesn't die? My Thunderbird used to have a high idle until I pulled the mass airflow sensor and now that it's been sitting the battery died and I charged it but now the cars gauges and lights flicker and the car won't start anymore. Should I buy a new idle control valve and a battery or something else. Where can I get the computer scanned?

The items you mentioned are definately possibilities. I am giving you a walk through diagnostic for your situation. You can get any Advance Auto or Auto Zone to pull the codes.
