Are you saying the blower motor doesn't work? If so, I'd have to check voltage and ground at the blower motor connector, with hvac turned on.
If it blows, but no heat, does the engine reach normal operating temp, Are the heater hoses, hot? If all that checks out, have to check temp door, under the dash.
