1994 Ford Taurus Dashboard engine temperature indicator

Doesn't seem to work anymore. Before I had the transmission rebuilt, it worked but it got kinda wild! Now it just makes slight attempts at indicating (comes up a little and drops back down).

Try replacing temp sensor and check for short in wire but it may be a bad dash

The are digital and and go bad so they have to be rebuilt
