Dash vents have stopped blowing

The air has stopped blowing out of the front dash vents. The air still blows out of the top vents near the windshield and the top vents near the side windows.

Check for a vacuum leak. Make sure control is getting vacuum then follow chart to vacuum motor pointed out in picture.
