Fuel pump not turning on.

I checked for voltage when the key was turned on and, I'm getting 4.2 volts at the body harness.

No good. Has to be at least 12 volts. I am going off for tonight be back tomorrow morning

Fixed it, the connector comings from body harness to pump was bad.
