1994 Ford Escort no spark

I have no spark in the early mornings when temperature rise up in evening starts up. Also when no start the coil pack harness has no power going g into coil pack.

Under the hood is a relay box. Inside is a relay called the EEC relay (electronic engine control). When the engine doesn't start, switch that relay with one from the relay box that has the same part number and see if it starts.
