If you have gas coming from the exhaust, you are dumping fuel. Start by checking fuel pump pressure and make sure the regulator is working. Also, check to make sure you are getting spark to the plugs. If there is no spark, you could see fuel coming out but that much is a lot.

The car is getting spark, I am going to replace the regulator. When I turned on the car the pressure is 42 pounds it goes from 42 to 0 within couple seconds. The car will not crack over.

I don't know why, but this just showed up in my mail. Sorry it has been so long. Have you had any luck with the issue?
