Oil light

I have a 1993 Pontiac grand am the light on the dashboard keeps coming on and off, Its the add oil light not the oil pressure light, I checked and filled all the oils engine, transmission, power steering, brake fluid and coolant. They are all good, Please help

They don't list a 2.4L for that car on repair information they list three different 2.3L engine's. What is the 8th digit of your vin that tell me what engine you have.

I posted a wire diagram for the level switch the way it work's is when the oil level is good it sends a ground signal to the light when it's low it looses that ground signal. What your going to have to do is when the light is on see if the black wire going to the low oil level switch has a good ground and if the brown and white wire has a good ground as well. Let me know what you find.

Thank you so much I will check Them as soon as I can, the car is at my sons work he works nights, everything works good its just the light do you recommend changing the level switch?

You need to check what I asked to figure out if it's the wire or the switch. Let me know what the wire's test out and we will go from there.
