Changed oil 30 days ago. Now oil light is on and found oil underneath the bottom of the motor

Apparently you have a serious leak. This may have been caused by the person that did the oil change if the drain plug or filter was installed incorrectly.
I really hope you shut the engine down immediately when that light came on or you might be looking for an engine now.
