Why does it have a weak spark?

Died while driving. Changed spark plugs, wires, checked gap, distrubtor cap, roter, ecu, mfi, battery and conections still has weak white spark. Will try to start but wont turn over.

A weak ignition coil will give you weak spark

I tested it too, all within normal resistance.

Testing a coil for resistance is not a very good test. The coil is not under a load. You can give it 12 volts with a jumper to make shore your not droping voltage on that line. If it can't jump a spark tester gap or @ least a quarter of of an inch gap and its not bright the coil is week.
