Recently my jeep started running kinda bad then really bad, took the fuel filter off and it was discusting, looked like it had black rotten grass in it, and took the fuel out of my tank thinking maybe water had my jeep back fireing and going like 25 mph then bogging down again, and the new gas is milky looking now as we have taken that out as well, please help me!

Check the fuel pressure with a fuel pressure tester to rule out the fuel pump

Make sure someone didn't put anything into your tank also. Fresh fuel should have remained clean unless something is in the tank. Make sure you change the filter too when you find the problem.
