Fuel Pump or filter?

Don't really know what is going on, but when I am driving the car it is really slugish. It acts if it is not getting fuel. My question is could it be the fuel pump? We changed the fuel filter about six months ago.

Start with a pressure test.

When did you change the timing belt last?

It has not been changed since I got the car.

Have it checked as well as the pressure
