How long since a tune-up? Any applicable mil codes? What is the fuel pressure spec? Use a scanner that will show live engine data, hooks up to your datalink connector, if 02 sensor shows lean, I always start with the fuel system. I don't care if it will start and run or not.

Here are some possibilities.

I've seen injector spray patterns/tbi, that looked good to me, but the pressure was half of what it should have been. What is the fuel pressure spec? Any trouble codes? You can check those yourself. Use a jumper wire across the A & B terminals at the datalink connector. Turn key just till dash lites come on, no further. The mil starts flashing, you count the flashes to get the codes. Your looking for two digit codes. Need something to point us in the right direction.
