Car runs fine. When I put it in park after driving, the car cuts off.

I have a 1993 Buick LeSabre. After restarting my car is running fine, what would cause it to cut off when putting it in park after driving? What causes this to happen?

Yes, it starts right up without any problem. Just when I
put it in park.
